What it does

One Screen. The Whole Floor.

Most floors we walk onto are run off whiteboards, paper job cards and a spreadsheet someone rebuilds every Monday. Here's what replaces them.

Live production scheduling

A drag-and-drop scheduler that respects what's actually happening - breakdowns, absences, material shortages. Reschedule the floor in seconds, not an afternoon.

Machine monitoring and real OEE

Connected straight to your machines. Most sites measure their true OEE for the first time the week AspectPT goes in, and it's rarely what they guessed.

Automatic downtime tracking

Every stoppage logged as it happens, with the reason attached. You see the pattern instead of arguing about it.

Digital QA and compliance

Quality checks done on the floor, time-stamped, against an operator's PIN. No end-of-shift paperwork to chase, nothing filled in from memory.

Full traceability

Every batch traceable back through each step to raw materials. An audit or a recall becomes a search, not a fortnight.

Works with your ERP, or without one

AspectPT sits between your machines and your ERP and feeds it real production data. Plenty of our customers run it standalone.

The Questions Manufacturers Ask Us.

What actually happens on the assessment?
Thirty minutes with Bruce, who has spent 20 years in manufacturing software. You walk him through your floor, your machines and how you schedule today. He puts numbers to where your capacity is going and what getting it back is worth over a year, and sends it to you in writing. There's no obligation and nothing to prepare - if AspectPT isn't right for your floor, he'll tell you on the call.
We already have an ERP. Isn't this the same thing?
No, and it's the most common mix-up we hear. Your ERP runs the office side - orders, inventory, invoicing, payroll. It issues a work order and then goes dark. AspectPT is the layer between your machines and your ERP: it tracks what's actually happening on the equipment and feeds the real numbers back up. They work together.
Do we need an ERP to use it?
No. AspectPT runs standalone and plenty of our customers start that way. It integrates with most common ERPs when you're ready.
Is this an IT project?
No. It's a production floor tool. Your IT team will know about it, but they're not the ones who feel the difference - your production manager is.
Will it work with our machines?
We run on plastics, packaging, food, chemical and cosmetics floors across Australia and New Zealand, on a wide mix of equipment ages and brands. Machine monitoring connects through a PLC, and one PLC covers up to around 30 machines. Where cabling isn't practical, operators start and stop jobs from a console instead. Bring your machine list to the assessment and Bruce will tell you what connects and what doesn't.
How disruptive is it to put in?
Your ERP and your office systems stay where they are. Machine-connected monitoring needs cabling run on the floor, which an electrician handles. Bruce scopes the machines, the connections and the rollout on the assessment, so you know exactly what your team has to do before you commit to anything.
What size manufacturer is this built for?
Most of our customers turn over between $10M and $100M and run one or more sites. Smaller sites work where there's a clear trigger - a capacity ceiling, an audit, or a customer demanding traceability.
Are we locked into a contract?
There's a six-month walkaway clause. If it isn't working for you, you can exit.
What does it cost?
It depends on how many sites and machines you're covering, so Bruce will give you a real number on the assessment - along with what the payback looks like against your own utilisation figures.
